I'm thinking Die Deterioration Doubling. I can see flow lines, which means that the die used to strike this coin is wearing out.

Sorry I'm still figuring out magnifier not having a computer....I hate being poor! It was a Christmas/birthday gift cuz all I had was a very tiny magnifier so this one is so much better but have to figure out how to get pics off it because they are amazing and all you all see is....well.... that. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated but all I have is my phone.... actually nvm because I don't even have a memory card or anything for magnifier....I give up. Thanks for trying to help me......
