Needing your opinions on this one. I couldn't find any 54D to match.

I couldn't get everything to show with just one light angle. Had to use different lighting and angles.

Pass my coffee. This one is interesting as there is no known RPM match.
I see Machine Doubling to the west, and then what looks like additional doubling to the south,
separate from the MD... Could it just be a combination of MD & DDD?

It is definitely odd because the bottom is so thickened. All three mint marks for 1954-D have a relatively open interior. I will say, to my recollection, any DDD on a vintage nickel mint mark usually moves towards the rim, or occasionally towards the building.

That's a head scratcher, at least to me.
