Please take a look at this 2008-P Monroe Presidential dollar coin with a strike through on obverse of coin. Is this a strike through?

Here's photo's of a normal coin and then the one in my post. I'm no expert but it looks to be a strike through vs taking a hit from something. Does the polish look on the area in question help?

Maybe grease?

Could be a little bit of gritty grease that was struck through. The "polished" appearance could come from this or a hit, so for me at least that isn't definitive.
