The lam goes up from the neck through the ear, but I can't explain what the rest of it is. If that was part of the lam, it would have the G struck into it. If you look closely, you can kind of see the G. Maybe a piece of foil off of the rim?

I'm guessing some kind of Struck Through error. Maybe copper foil?

Lamination issue in the neck/base of skull area. Would love to see the coin in hand.
