I'll guess 1989.
Looks like some copper showing on there.
What does it weigh?

Appears to be pretty beat up... PMD anyway.

If you inlargel image it clearly says 29 pretty much no confusion about that it's not a misprint of a 8 and also going across the forehead and down kind of the side looks like a die fracture to me I don't know I'm not sure what happened or why it looks like a two but it's definitely 1929. And I'm not sure if it's environmental damage either I think there's a clad issue going on. Yet the weight on the coin is correct. I just thought maybe somebody had seen something like this before but it's not Environmental if you look at the coin you see more and more issues with it it's hard to transfer whatever it looks like in this form but there's maybe 14 15 issues with it it has problems all over the place on it nothing's lined up correctly you can see Phantom numbers underneath and letters. Anyway thank you

to the CCF Beware of Pareidolia. You can see anything you want to see on a coin if you look at it long enough. The things you see are just not posable errors. This coin has had a hard life, all of this is circulation and environmental damage.
