I'd call it F12. A little too much wear in the hairlines and eagle for VF in my opinion. This is a very nice coin, though. I like that the wear is even with no major hits.

VG-08, maybe VG-10. Your 89CC is only slightly less worn than my 89CC graded G-06 by PCGS. The hairline over Liberty's ear is visible, not merged with her ear as it is with mine. Given PCGS's recent crackdown on Morgans, VG-10 might be too generous; if it were submitted today to PCGS, it wouldn't surprise me to come back G-06, but using previous examples, a safe guess would be VG-08.

In keeping with my usual practice of trying to out-guess the other guessers and second-guessing myself, I haven't yet reviewed the other responses.

(Post-review of other responses): Now we're back to normal! I love this section!!!

I'm also happy I'm broke enough to have to buy low grade slabbed Morgans instead of slabbed Mint States thus rounding out my reference collection. (This sounds kinda dumb and oxymoronic: being broke but still buying Morgans. Gotta be some sort of sickness. )
