I found this penny being used a shim to level a toilet. I have more photos where you can actually follow outline of the coin I counted at lesst six strikes, I'm trying to figure out how I can put them all on the system. So you can actually see what I see. This is not a dryer find it's a toilet find.
And yes, I had to clean it off because it was covered with gunk

It hasn't been struck multiple times. What you're seeing is PMD and Pareidolia. For reference. https://www.pcgs.com/news/doublestruck-mint-errors

Very likely post-strike damage--not multiple strikes within a mint striking chamber. Possible that there may be struck through debris goin on, and/or possibly a die ding.

I agree, most likely an example of PMD. But I am open to other possibilities given. Keep it aside as you acquire more examples for comparison.

See, I can see the Lincoln memorial Lincoln sitting inside of it. I see the initial fg multiple times I just can't get it to take a good picture of it and it's not stain. I just don't know how it got there. Shame I can't post a video

Pareidolia. You can see anything you want to see on a coin, if you look at it long enough.
