Hey Experts - Novice Saran here. I have a 1982 small date zinc penny. One with no mint mark and one with d mint mark. The 2 in the date seems to be doubled. It does not appear to be Machine Doubling, plate determination bubbles etc. Unfortunately I was unable to take a clear picture of the doubling due to limitations from my end. Can someone take a look for me as I clearly see the 2 being overlapped by another 2.

Please post full, large and sharp pics of the obverse and reverse. This will help establish the full context for what we are to look at. Thanks.

I'm not seeing any doubling here, just some reflection on the short vertical rise of the side of the 2.

As requested please see attached obverse and reverse of the coin. I have also attached a better picture of the error. Unfortunately I am unable to take a picture without the shadow . If you look at the tip of the twonyou will see the second two tip. I habe shown this penny in person to others but unable to take ackear picture as I do not possess the necessary equipment to do so. I have a 1960 canadian penny as well see attached

Do not give up. Set it aside for later comparison.

don't give up - I agree uploading images can be a challenge at first (especially on a phone) but once you get used to it, it is very easy.
I do recommend that a computer to be used for uploading at first though..
