Just let it go and let idiots be idiots. Obviously, this guy is a scamster. Take a look, a good laugh, and move on. If someone is dumb enough to bid on his items, that's their loss.

I made an offer of $1.01...I hope I don't win it...I just wanted to make a low offer to spite him!

How very Price-is-Right of you to outbid me by a cent. No matter though, he countered my $1 offer with $450.

Me too. And I thought I was generous with a $35 offer!

I got the same counter offer of $450. I guess he didn't get the message that we think his coin isn't worth much.

He's a legend in his own mind :-) I'd love to see this guy set up a table at Long Beach. They would laugh this guy out of the building.

It is odd that he countered your offer at $450 when it is stated in his listing that he would take $315 and offers around $365. Sounds like someone whe is confused at life and doesn't know what they want.

In any event I think your would be getting ripped off at $35...

Good for a nice laugh.

Yeah, shows can be rough.

There was a sports memorabilia guy in NJ that was well known on the circuit to sell fake autographs out of his shop. When he started setting up at shows the guy had the worst luck. Seems every single table he set up on always had a defective leg or two, they'd just seem to collapse for no reason. Stuff all over the floor......
