Question 1975 Roosevelt Dime No Mint (Philly?) Off Center?

I see two normal circulated dimes. I can't even tell which one is supposedly off-center. It's possible (likely) that one of them has a slight MAD (mis-aligned die) Suggest you post a clear close up photo of both sides of the coin in question then we can say for sure.
