Saw this one as a pick on ebay and figured to go for it. The coin has corrosion which was obvious in the photos. But less obvious was that the coin had been whizzed. Paid too much for it given the cleaning, but still a neat coin.

The plate coin for this Cud on cuds-on-coins is struck off center, so when I saw the Cud I took a closer look and sure enough this one is broadstruck. So while both are minor, it is a double error coin.

Weight is 3.08g and diameter is a pretty consistent 19.35mm

1919-S Lincoln Wheat cent mint error - broadstruck with Cud CU-1C-1919S-02.

Not 100% sure but yeah, pretty sure. The coin's larger diameter would seem to confirm what you see on the coin, particularly the E PLURIBUS device distortion and distance from the rim.

Still a very nice looking coin for being over 100 years old.

Anything unusual about the edge, that may suggest a Wide Collar issue? Thanks, Doug.

I didn't see anything like collar cracks that would indicate a wide collar, but it's a possibility. But I note again that the cuds-on-coins plate coin for this Cud is struck off center, so that press was producing out of collar errors at the time that Cud was present.
