Heavy Die Deterioration and maybe a Die Crack, on the bust. The reverse might be showing a Lamination. https://www.error-ref.com/lamination-cracks/

So confused why isn't this a die crack? Looks others I seen?

A Die Crack is caused by the die cracking. It's raised above the surfaces on struck coins (Incused on the die). It can be caused by die wear or brittle die failure, etc. A Lamination is caused by contaminates in the metal. The metals separate, leaving flakey stripes on the surface. Laminations are not the same as Die Cracks. I hope this helps.
