Thanks EV , I'm not sure either, that's why I was asking , that's what it said on the 2x2 ( it's one of the coins from the lot actually attributed )

very nice quarter Uruman! I think that you also have a collar clash on the obverse due to the partial collar strike .

This is a common effect seen on quarters of this time period. It's related to the convexity of the die face, which is greatest at the periphery. In this case, a stiff collar probably contributed to the peripheral weakness on the reverse.
