So I obtained along with all the coins, a little bit of paper money, and most are in protective liners, but this Series Of 1928 $20 Bill unfortunately was not. My question is two part. Number one, is there anything particularly special about this bill? And number two, if so, what would it possibly be worth in this condition? Appreciate the feedback

You images are overly "saturated" so it is hard to make a determination off what is given.
