Here's another good one from my collection, 1901 Barber dime.
I think this one can grade higher on the scale.

Thanx.

Very nice coin, and with some letters in Liberty visible, I'll give it a VG grade.

It might qualify as F-12. All letters are at least partially there.

Well Twangator, you seem to be playing to a tough crowd!

I consider myself a pretty conservative grader, and I'd call this a solid Fine, probably F-15.

That's a good looking Barber dime. It's very close to VF20 - too close for me to call it Fine.

I'll go VF20 but I agree with Bilbo, this is a tough crowd and it could go F15.

I give this one a solid VF-25. The leaves in Liberty's wreath are almost completely outlined; full obverse leaves are a requirement for an EF-40 grade. The edges of the LIBERTY ribbon are likewise almost complete and the letters themselves are what passes for "full" for Barber dimes. Reverse detail is strong and the rims are raised well above the fields.

If anyone has Barber dimes that look like this and they're willing to sell them for F-12 money, please send me an email!
Rest in Peace

I agree with Jaobler. I think it's very solid at VF-25.

Haven't looked at any of the other answers and haven't had a whole lot of grading experience...actually just about 0 experience. But based on the ANA Grading Standards book I'd say VF-30.

And now that I look at the other answers it appears I might be a bit off
