That Walker should easily grade VF, probably VF30. It looks cleaned and the rim ding hurts a bit but it's still a valuable coin.

Maybe a few months on the window sill in an envelope would re-tone it a bit.

I agree with the VF30. All skirt lines are sharp if not bold.

VF35. I've seen similar 1919 coins in EF40 holders, but that would be a stretch.

In the future it might help if you try to take pictures head on, rather than at a slight angle.

I see enough detail to say that this would grade EF-40, I agree it has been cleaned.

Sild. I agree with a VF35 grade. However, there is a rim ding which would be unfortunately, damage.

Yeah I too agree on a value just a bit below the price of a coin in VF30.
There is quite a spread in values there. According to PCGS $355. in VF30 and $950. in XF40.
If this were graded and certified. I bet it might say XF40 details damaged and cleaned.
I don't know which companies reject these ( body-bag ) and which will make notations on the holders but I think it might have a proper price tag of $290.00 and not look out of line in a showcase.
This is just my opinion.
LATE EDIT
Thanks for the new images, I am backing this down a bit to VF30 and I think the price tag I would put on it stays at $290.00 but if I owned it, I would let it go for maybe $260. after a well earned haggle session. I would only go 10% off. It is still a great coin.
I have not had much experience at all with this date and mm, especially in this condition.
This does not look as much cleaned to me now, but the black spot bothers me a little and so does the rim damage.
