Sept 1924 25th anniversary of the Rochester PA volunteer firefighters and the 75th anniversary of the Borough of Rochester. The back has a stamped number. Leads me to believe these were issued to individuals. My goal is to return it to the persons family. I have contacted the fire hall in PA and am waiting to hear back. Any suggestions, etc is appreciated. For scale. "We are poor little lambs...who have lost our way...Baa...Baa...Baa" In memory of those members who left us too soon...
