1964-D Quarter "in God We Trust" Error?

screetalus New Member United States 21 Posts	Posted 01/28/2025 4:38 pm Going through some of my dad's quarters and found this 1964-D Washington quarter that appears to be missing the "N" and "T" in "IN GOD WE TRUST." The "G" and "R" are also partially obscured. Is this a known error or an error at all? It doesn't appear like they have been ground down as the "I" is still full relief and the coin is in generally good shape. Thank you for any insight. Report this Post to the Staff
