Odd looking coin, it doesn't look right to me.

Since every coin sale is now accompanied by a photo (at least only the ones I am interested in are) - I never really pay much attention to what a seller says a coin is graded - just rely on your own judgement

I agree with Bacchus2 - grade them yourself. I would call it a net Fine at best but the mount removal was poorly done. It looks like an original that may have been polished or coated at some time(s) when it was jewelry which may account for the odd color.
