Free For You Readers Digest Presidential Coins - Variety/Errors Or No, Opinions Please.

ZeroC11 New Member United States 12 Posts	Posted 01/31/2025 02:53 am My girlfriend had gotten the "Free For You" Brass Presidential Coins, five of them, from her grandmother awhile back. As we got to looking at them, we started to notice some things that really got us questioning. I'm wondering if these are Doubled Dyes, some MD or DDD, and even with some Die Breaks or Cracks. A couple of them look really Double Strike or Die Clash maybe? I took pictures of three of them, can someone give me a bit of insight here please, they are brass as well, but I actually haven't looked up to see if that matters or not. One very interesting are for me, is the James Madison coin, where he is almost fully missing the middle piece between his hair on his head, and his ponytail. Report this Post to the Staff

Such errors as you describe are common when lowest production cost trumps quality of items.
