Hi I believe this to be the right identification of the small date and the correct weigh however, not so sure about the doubling on the words: E. Pluribus Unum, One Cent, and United States of America

Looks like the E and the "dot" have some Machine Doubling. The S,T, and A seem to be fatter caused by a partially filled die or a weak strike in that area causing the metal to not flow completely into the die to form the letters.
