I found a 2015 canadian dime with copper ridge.
Is it usually found?

to the CCF

A dime is composed of a steel core plated with copper and a nickel. It is possible that some sort of environmental damage has exposed the copper plating.
Hard to tell from photo supplied. Whatever the cause, it would have happened after it left the mint so it would be considered PMD

Cleclerc - 2015 10 cents: Alloy and composition: Copper-plated steel (92% steel, 5.5% copper, 2.5 % nickel) What you have appears to be PMD

Possibly the top nickel layer has been removed exposing the underlying copper layer.
However it happened, it didn't look like this when it left the mint so it is some sort of
damage however it was caused.

It's just wear. May have spent an hour or 2 as a Dryer Coin.
