Looking on the PCGS Coin Facts site, it states this:

In MS67 grade less than a dozen are known, making it a very tough issue in the Clad Washington quarter series.

Here is the direct link to show some of the MS67's: https://www.pcgs.com/coinfacts/coin...4-d-25c/5937

Would you recommend trying this one:

In my opinion, no. There's a big hit mark on the reverse.

Really nice for a clad quarter - but that big hit on the eagle leg will hold it back from the lofty grade you seek.
Take a look at my other hobby ... http://www.jk-dk.art

That is a really nicely struck coin. Reverse details are spectacular. I agree the main large hit will keep it from being a top pop. I would put MS66 on my 2x2 housing that beauty if it were in my album

I concur with Errers and Varietys. That aside, this is a very gorgeous coin!

Couple marks on the neck and a couple hits on the reverse. MS-66 maybe.

well struck coin both sides.

if it is, its a solid MS66 and good shot at +

looking at the 67 example the reverse on this one is much better struck. the feathers are insane. the obv is a stunner. no doubt a 67 without that small hit. but even if you look at one of their example coins there are some fine lines on the bust area. keep in mind a 67 is NOT a perfect coin despite what folks think. drives me nuts when people think 65 is perfection.
