1997 D Washington Quarters Are These Errors Or Circulation Stains?

I didn't get the candy, kept the coins and trying to figure out if these are actual errors or circulation stains? Thank you indulging me. Report this Post to the Staff

Check this 1977 - I think it's a Denver but was part of the roll. Students were giving change from quarter rolls and I was thinking maybe a collector returned the roll in error.
