A really nice frosty quarter. The spot on the reverse seems like it mak be removable. can't quite figure out what it is.

Very nice example. Wondering if an acetone treatment might reduce or remove that crud/stain...?

I might be trying that. There is a really nice 'frost' to this coin tho. Acetone on silver is mostly ok but it can bring other things to the surface too that a nice patina hides. It's a risk.

I'll say MS-65.

Nice suggestion ljn1944 - I was able to pull those white marks up with acetone soaked q-tip. Must have been a recent addition to the coin as there are no visible side effects.

E&J - I am leaning toward your MS65 as well, thanx. Price doubles at MS66 and I am not seeing any wow factor to push it up. Strick is just a bit shy too on the obverse.
