Mark in front of the eye is not on the coin. This one wasn't cheap either, so it has to grade Choice+ or it gets sent back. It is really hard to get a feel for grades on the 60's and 70's Jeffersons because there are so many die issues. Its hard to judge strike and they seem to be very lenient of hits. Greasy Fingers Pillar of the Community United States 5999 Posts	Posted 02/25/2025 12:12 am I can't grade Jeff's worth a darn...( some might say any coin for that matter...) because who's to say which marks were place into the planchet during the annealing process and which ones from after the minting.... I normally wouldn't but with these 60's and 70's Jeffersons it's so hard to tell circulation wear and die wear from year to year. Appreciate everyone's feedback for sure!
