curious to get some opinions on the grade of this 1976-D Bi-Centennial Kennedy half dollar.

@tee, I can't give you a grade, but I would note that because the surfaces are overly bright, it is going to be hard to see any surface marks and therefore hard to provide a grade. Any chance you can add a couple additional pictures with not so much glare? I know that taking pictures of shiny coins is tough.

after a very close examination with my naked eye as well as a 30x Jewelers Loupe, I can't see any Scratches/Bag Marks or luster wear. I know that photograding above MS65 can be next to impossible, but from what I have looked at, I believe this should Grade MS67. That being said, I have read many posts about PCGS not exactly giving the deserved grade unless you are a VIP or something? Is the same true for NGC?
