Just wondering because I just received it back from PCGS and they slabbed it as just a 2006RD no variety.

Yes it is on the form that I submitted along with the coin. I sent them an email stating that they missed it. Have to wait till Monday for reply though.

Good luck getting that resolved with PCGS. Please let us know how it goes!

That is a great find. PCGS should revise the slab/label on this obvious DDO.

If you were going to sell it are there people out there going to pay money for something on such an extreme small scale? No offense to anyone

There is a MS66 sale recorded at $480. Not many are graded, and seemingly not many change hands.

So yesterday, I got a call back from PCGS. I explained to them that they missed the variety of my 2006 DDO. The guy that I talk to me that the coin was inspected by several experts at PCGS and that they did not deem this to be DDO that was listed on the web site. I told him that the so-called experts were wrong and that this coin was indeed FS-101. At this point I will take any suggestions that you guys have. I am really frustrated with the whole situation. Does anyone have a point of contact that is not just their customer service number. HELP!!!

Well it's frustrating, but here is the solution I use. Yes, PCGS gets my variety submissions wrong fairly regularly, usually the late die stage ones that are tough to verify if you aren't an expert on such things. Of course PCGS is supposed to actually have experts on such things.
First you will need to send the coin to an attributor, such as done through VarietyVista or Doubleddie.com. It costs a small fee, but they will return the coin with a letter stating the correct attribution. Next you resubmit the coin to PCGS with the letter attached. Generally they will then fix the problem, put the variety on the label, and charge no additional fee. Your milage may vary, but I do this regularly and it works for me.
But before you start the process, verify that you did pay the variety fee with the first submission, and double verify that the coin is the variety in question.

That's too bad that PCGS is pushing back on your possible DDO, but don't give up it may just require some additional leg work from you, as Tropical Bats suggested. Good Luck!!
