1969-D Washington Quarter With Different Reverse

It seems to me that this a different RDV than is usually found on 1969-D Quarters? There is a wider gap between the E and S in "States" and the leaf over the A in "Dollar" is connected. Yours would appear to be the proof reverse on a business strike which is considered extremely rare, good eye. There are two different dies.
