This one is worthy of a 2x2 holder. Struck on a flawed planchet and affected both sides of the coin. The N is defected on the Reverse and the D mint mark on the Obverse.

Sure seems like the flan was messed up prior to striking. I wonder what that swirly thing is on the rev at the rim--damage or just part of the flaw.

The reverse looks like a strike thru, the obverse looks like the D took the same hit as the 9.
