1986 D Lincoln Memorial Cent - Possible Doubled Die Reverse / DDR ?

Still fairly new to searching for error coins etc, so bear with me please. So, I'll just get to it straight away with my most recent find. A 1986 D cent, with possible doubling on reverse side.
