Are Any Of These Marks On My 1989 Penny Post-Mint Damage?

Constans II New Member United States 4 Posts	Posted 03/04/2025 9:25 pm Greetings, I was wondering if anyone here can discern if these marks are a minting error or post-mint damage. If it is a minting error, is it of any value? I am referring to the marks that have obliterated the "States of America" portion of the "United States of America" inscription.
