Greetings,
I was wondering if anyone here can discern if these marks are a minting error or post-mint damage. If it is a minting error, is it of any value? I am referring to the marks that have obliterated the "States of America" portion of the "United States of America" inscription.
Are-Any-Of-These-Marks-On-My-1989-Penny-Post-Mint-Damage?
