Hi guys. I'm trying to get an identification on this ancient Asian coin and also any opinions if it is authentic or fake. The coin is brass color, weighs 4.5 grams, 28mm in diameter, 1.1mm thick. Also I have 7 more coins similarish to this one that I will need to identify so if there is a resource that can explain how to approach identifying those type coins I would appreciate a link. Thank you
Looks like a cash of Kangxi aka Shengzu aka Sheng Tsu aka K'ang-Hsi, AD 1662-1722, Mint Boo Ciowan (Board of Revenue, Beijing) though the mint name is written somewhat unusually. Perhaps this variety could be identified in Hartill (which I don't have).
