There is not much to work with here. I'm not even sure of the orientation of the images.

At first glance, maybe a Bohemian prager groschen.
I think we can see some of WENCESLAVS in the iner legend.

Wenceslaus IV groschen, WENCEZLAVS TERCIVS

(the mismatch in the number is because apparently the very brief reign of the historical Wenceslaus III in 1305-6 wasn't counted at the time)
