So this 1907 was in a big lot I purchased, so it only cost med 10 dollars so no loss. I havent locked att it since it was one of 7 1907 and the least pretty. But I was going to sell it and noticed when under strong light polishing lines
Im used to polishing showing up much more clearly from all angles.
Straight forward they are not visible. Sneaky stuff.
Well I will sell it as polished now.
Point is photos are decieving

There was a worker at the Smithsonian and the task was to polish the coins.

yes but the lot was very good except a few misses. atleast 5x what I paid so no tears. but usually the polish is more visible
