I'm a type/commemorative collector and I recently got a Maple Leaf as part of an ASE set

In weird turn of events it didn't really cost me anything, and to keep the set whole for whomever eventually gets my collection I have decided to keep it

It's currently displayed on a CAPS Page

What does this have to do with Brittanias

I think I'm going to get "1" and only 1

The mint did a couple ASE sets with Britannias but I didn't buy those sets since the ASE wasn't a different "type"

So in this case I am looking for a single Britannia, I don't want an example a key date or the lowest mintage

I just want one that isn't that expensive and is very aesthetically pleasing

So if you could only buy one Britannia, which one would it be?

This is my favourite Britannia - from 2010. I love the portrait.

So these are not like ASEs where it's pretty much the same design every year?

Most Uncirculated coins have the Standing Britannia reverse, like this, with a few minor variations:

However, between 1999 and 2011 different designs were used in odd-numbered years! So the Standing Britannia was used in 1997-8 and in 2000, 2002, 2004, 2006, 2008 with different designs appearing in odd years. The 2010 design featured the bust of Britannia as shown in my pevious post. Since 2012 all Uncirculated bullion Britannias have had the normal Standing Britannia reverse, with Proof coins having different designs!
