So I picked this up as part of a collection that I didn't know was in there. Your thoughts? Also, I was researching, how does one tell a proof vs regular from this era?

Details - cleaned/damaged. Not a set price on damaged coins. It is whatever anybody will pay for it/common date with around 4.5 million minted.

It would make a nice hole filler for someone looking to complete a set. Given the damage, I wouldn't expect much more than $25, if that.

I agree with the statements from the other gentlemen.
Had it not been cleaned, I would say VF-30 at $70 value. But as the others said, there is no set price after a coin has been cleaned etc.
