Is this a tripled N, damage or something else ? Any thoughts ?

The coin shows Die Deterioration on the "N" in Monticello but appears to also have Machine Doubling on the bottom of the Monticello building!

Its one of those coins that makes you take a second look, but really isn't a variety. Just die wear/machine doubling. I agree with Frank on this one.
