There are three moon shape cuts by the u in United. A white bump on the nose and the A in Deleware are closed. In the reverse side there is a double ring around the face and the hair looks white etched. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Debbie

Search Reed Marks (near U in United), broken post (filled A in Delaware) and wrapper damage (obverse)...it's safe to spend

@Buttrud - The circles on the obverse are probably wrapping / Rolling Machine Damage. The "moon shape cuts" are likely Reed Marks (hits by another coin).

Nothing there that is an error.
The three dents are Reed Marks and the filled A is caused by a broken post.
I don't see a double ring on the reverse but the obverse has rings around
the edge caused by a Coin Wrapping Machine. All I see is a coin worth 25 cents.
Not sure of what you mean by "white etched"

See three of us all answered at the same time
Good thing all the answers were the same.
