Hello I am really curious about this quarter that I found and curious about what kind of error this is

Not an error of any kind. There is no possible way for that to happen during the striking of the quarter.
It is severe damage possibly from a fire.

Agree--rather severe post-strike damage; and yes, may have been exposed to fire.

Your coin looks like it was found in a parking lot, dropped in some acid, then thrown in a fire to make sure it was dead.

Thank you but I don't understand why the ridges of the coin is completely that golden color like the back of it like the coin was supposed to be that color and missing something

The cladding of a quarter is 75% copper and 25% nickel, even though it appears to be pure nickel. When one is in a fire - with all sorts of other things burning - the cladding and inner copper will react with other chemicals and change colors.
