I think they chose the wrong auction house for this coin. They would get more from one of the big ones. Price probably won't jump much until the last day - especially close to the end of the auction.

Looks like a Mike's mountain values coin. Cac will almost never sticker his coins.

That seller often lists some rarer coins. Take a look at their other items in this one by clicking on the auction title in the link.

Edit: This I believe is the most valuable coin in the auction.

No. It will never be complete @Greasy Fingers. I have maybe 4 or 5 for the date 1881 already. This date comes in an array of colored mirrors. For the 1860s I only have an 1865 and 1868. I have to work on that decade.

Well that auction ended. The highest priced coin went for over $2K and was an 1889 CC Morgan. What I was surprised at was the "error" coins sold for more than I expected. A 1935 DDR that was the same as one I picked up from this seller six months ago sold for twice the price I paid and was in worse condition.
