I've been holding off on sending this one in because if you don't get DCAM PF70, it ain't worth it. The single DCAM 70 that's graded via PCGS is a very different color than mine so hard to compare.

What grade and designation (Proof, CAM, DCAM) would you give this one?

Is that a 'corrosion' spot on Abe's shoulder/upper arm?

That is a nice looking cent but not likely of pulling a PF-70. The spot on the shoulder is enough to say that the coin is not a "perfect" 70.

I'll say PF-69 at best.

From the pictures it looks lake a very nice cameo example. If anybody can actually distinguish a high proof grade from a picture be my guest......

Like I said before, it is a nice coin and yes it looks cameo, perhaps even deep cameo but there is a reason why only 10 coins have graded PF-70 and only 1 has graded PF-70 DCAM RD. The technology was different back then and perfect coins rarely existed. Great pictures by the way!

It's difficult to photograph a highly reflective proof coin, and you have done well.

It's even more difficult to grade a highly reflective proof coin by photographs - so I'm going to say likely not PF70.

It's not a DCAM so that can be dropped. It might make CAM though.

I think PR69CAM is the best you can hope for and it's likely to be plain PR68 imo.

No way I'd consider submitting it. It is a super nice coin though.
