2025 P Ida B. Wells Quarter: Eye Anomaly Curiosity

I came across this from a mint bag. The first one I saw I wrote off as a hit but then I came across another one. Three out of fourteen coins so far have this anomaly on the eye lid. I'm kind of leaning toward a small chip or die dent. Thoughts on this one?

The eye closeups were taken at 90 degree intervals (0, 90, 180, 270) for perspective.

It has that alligator eye look to it . As E V stated could be a minor DDO.

Do the die markers match up? It could be a hub double like the Eleanor Roosevelt quarters.

Of course, this close to release, the quarters could very well have been struck from the same die, and it might be a new DDO.

So I have gone thru about $10 of these quarters and looked more closely at the ones I had looked at. The vast majority of them had similar issue with the eye - one group more defined like this one and another group much less perceptible. This leads me to believe Brand may be right and it might be hub doubling. I do have a third group that involves the date which I will post later.
