Too much magnification. You'll see all kinds of minting discrepancies when you view coins like that.
I'm not seeing anything of importance.

I think that what you are seeing is a combination of Die Deterioration Doubling and some Machine Doubling. Early 80's dies were used well beyond their service expectancy. There are no listings for a DDO or DDR on Varity Vista for this date.

I'm inclined to agree with Marve. I would back off the magnification by about 2/3rds and look at it again.
