Nothing there that would happen duriing the striking of the coin. Just damage after it left the mint.
If you increase the size that much, you can probably find an anomoly on nearly every coin.
Graders only use 5x magnification so if you can't see it then, it is irrelevant.
Major errors should need no magnification at all to see.

In the future, please do not post photos of scope screens. Use the memory card or a USB cable to transfer images.
