I was watching one of the TV snake oil salesmen pushing a privately minted 1 ounce gold version of the coiled hair 4 dollar Stella. I love how these guys always compare apples to oranges. Almost $6000 for this coin. Who buys this crap?

Shameful that NGC slabbed it. But someone must be buying things like that, because they're hawking that stuff every night.

Wait, it's 1oz gold but the obverse says 7 grams? I can't find this anywhere. Who made this/what's on the reverse?

It reproduces the design of the original but with a change of date and weight.
