I would be cautious about that possible scratch on the reverse from EPU. around the wing tip, and down past the end of America. My gut feel would be to wait for a better example.

I didn't even notice that until you pointed it out. It almost looks like it goes under the feather. I think the lint fiber in the pic distracted me

There are also a pair of deep scratches between the E of One and the D of Dollar.
