Very nice reverse. The obverse however has some concerns. There are a number of significant hairlines on the field, especially on the left of Liberty's face (contact marks or cleaning?). There are also a number of rim dings. And a major scratch above "in god we."
If not cleaned, likely MS 62.

Nice Pictures! Reverse is beautiful. Obverse chatter scratches bring this one down to MS63.

i see an MS63 coin however to me it looks like someone attempted to remove toning at K9-10 thinking it was something else. heres the thing. imo TPG's look inside scratches if the scratch appears to be toned over they may give it a pass based on number of scratches. when you blow your up the scratches look toned over in places which means they probably occurred a while ago. regardless of how they occurred for me, even if the coin graded straight I would not pay retail for this one. imo the minor marks here and there on rims is non-issue
