Looks like common Machine Doubling seen on many Kennedy halves and other coins as well. No Premium.

Why are there photos of your computer screen?

There is absolutely no reason to take a photo of your screen!

Worst case, use [WIN][SHIFT][S] to capture and save clipping to a file.

What your coin is displaying is Machine Doubling caused by a die that is wearing out.
Now about your images - please don't post up screen shots as stated by "jbuck" above.
I'm not sure if you saw the instructions as you were posting these image, I'll point out something you may have missed.
