I wanted to start a thread to post pictures of farm animals on coins. I'll start out with a Bermuda cent.

I found these two in my collection  this one is a 5p irish coin of a bull  this a cockral, and yes of course had to include a french one

I've looked for sheep and goats but couldn't find any so here is a horse.

The Irish predecimal series is full of animals - it's colloquially known as the "barnyard series". The farthing has a woodcock (a kind of bird), the halfpenny a sow with piglets, the penny has a chicken with chicks, the threepence a hare,the sixpence a dog, the shilling a bull (same design as the decimal 5 pence pictured by Georgie), the florin a salmon and the halfcrown a horse (like the decimal 20p pictured by Frank).
Unfortunately my Irish set is buried under a ton of stuff right now. If no-one else has posted them, I'll try to have some pics up by the weekend.
